"Out beyond ideas of wrong doing and right doing,
there is a field. I will meet you there."

About Psychodrama

Literally meaning "Soul in Action," Psychodrama is a creative, mind-body, practical approach to personal growth. In addition to talking about concerns, hopes, and dreams, a left-brain hemisphere function, Psychodrama includes the use of improv games and directed roleplay to get your body and right brain hemisphere on line and mobilized in novel ways. From an Interpersonal Neurobiological perspective, Psychodrama is thought to catalyze insight and positive change by weaving neural integration through here and now mindful experiences.

As a Certified Practitioner who trains other professionals in the method, I have received over 700 hours of training in Psychodrama and Group Psychotherapy, and I have been incorporating the form and its visionary concepts into my life and work since 2003.
